Terms & Privacy

Greeneville & Co Verified is a directory of contractors and home services in Greene County, Tennessee. We list businesses, record the credentials they hold, and publish reviews from customers who have shown proof they hired them.

A verified listing means a person confirmed the credentials shown against the issuing authority's records on the date printed beside them. It is a point-in-time check of paperwork. It is not an endorsement, a recommendation, a warranty, or a guarantee of anyone's work, conduct, or fitness for your job.

Credentials change without notice. Always confirm a contractor's license and insurance yourself before hiring and before paying a deposit. What we check.

We are not a party to any agreement between you and a business listed here. We do not arrange, supervise, guarantee, insure, or take payment for any work. Any dispute is between you and that business.

The directory is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate but we cannot promise it is complete, current, or error-free.

You keep ownership of what you write. By submitting a review you give us permission to publish it on this site and to keep publishing it. You confirm it is your own honest first-hand experience as a customer.

We moderate every review before it publishes and may reject or remove anything that breaches our review policy. You may ask us to remove your own review at any time.

Listings are added by us, not bought. Approved vendors pay a flat membership fee for a place on the list, and that is all it buys: there is no advertising, no paid placement, no tiers, and no way to pay for a better position or rating. Order is determined by reviews.

If you run a business listed here and something is wrong, out of date, or you would rather not be listed at all, email us and we will correct or remove it.

Signing in requires only an email address. We send a link rather than asking you to create a password.

• Your name and email when you ask to see a business's contact details. We keep them, and may share them with that business so it can reply. A cookie remembers which listings you have unlocked.
• Your email address, to sign you in and to contact you about a review you submitted.
• Reviews you write, which are published with the display name on your account.
• Documents you upload as proof, which are stored privately, are visible only to the site administrator, and are never published or shared with the business.

We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not run advertising or third-party tracking on this site.

Ask and we will delete your account, your reviews, and any documents you uploaded. Email us at hello@gcverified.com.

If we change these terms in a way that materially affects you, we will say so on this page.
